糖皮质激素在儿童呼吸系统疾病中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 糖皮质激素是一类临床使用非常广泛的药物,其主要作用有抗炎、抗毒、抗休克等。如何在儿章呼吸系统疾病中正确使用此类药物非常重要,本文围绕儿童常见呼吸系统疾病,如:支气管哮喘、咳嗽变异性哮喘、毛细支气管炎、急性感染性喉炎等疾病,简要阐述糖皮质激素的用法、适应证等,合理使用、避免不良反应发生,更好地为广大患儿服务。
