摘要
当前高校管理泛行政化现象严重,过于强调制度和一致性导致师生的自主性难以发挥作用。要改变这种传统的管理模式,应借鉴新公共服务理论,转变意识,弱化管制,加强与师生的沟通,鼓励师生参与学校管理,充分重视民主、公民权和为公共利益服务。
Overall administration is widespread in the present college management, which overemphasizes system and consistency and causes the difficulty in the autonomy of teachers and students. In order to change this traditional management pattern, colleges should learn from the theory of new publie service and other thoughts, weaken control, strengthen the communications between teachers and students, encourage the involvement of teachers and students in the running of colleges, and pay great attention to democracy, civil rights and public interests.
