摘要
干部培训是当前事业单位日常工作的重要组成部分。但是,许多事业单位的干部培训工作存在着重视不足、投入不够、效果不明显、考核体系缺失等问题,在一定程度上影响了干部培训的实际效果。而如何切实解决这些问题,也就成为优化事业单位干部培训工作的方向选择。
The training of functionaries is part of daily work of institutions. However, there exist many problems, such as insufficient attention, inadequate investment, few achievements, and incomplete assess- ment system. To some extent, the problems affect the training of functionaries. How to solve these problems should become a focus in the institutions.
