无卤阻燃剂可膨胀石墨和聚磷酸铵对环氧树脂发烟性能的影响研究 被引量:6

Study on the Effect of Halogen-free Flame Retardant of Expanded Graphite and Polyammonium Phosphate on the Smoke-generating Properites of Epoxy Resin

摘要 采用建材烟密度测试仪分别研究了聚磷酸铵(APP)和膨胀石墨(EG)两种不同阻燃剂对环氧树脂(EP)发烟性能的影响。结果表明:随着EG在EP中添加量的增加,EP的烟密度等级(SDR)由67.70降至21.67,降幅高达68%,最大烟密度值(MSD)由97.00降至57.33,说明EG能够明显地改善EP的发烟性;而APP对EP发烟性的影响很小,随着APP在EP中添加量的增加,EP的SDR略有增大,由67.70增大至70.14,而MSD则略有下降,由97.00降至92.67。 The effect of two different flame retardants, expanded graphite (EG) and polyammonium phosphate (APP) on the smoke-generating properties of epoxy resin (EP) was investigated by smoke density of building materials test meter. The results show that: the smoke-generating property of EP improves greatly by adding EG, with the increase of EG, the smoke density ratio (SDR) of EP decreases from 67.70 to 21.67, and the maximum smoke density (MSD) decreases from 97.00 to 57.33; on the contrary, with the increase of APP, SDR of EP increases from 67.70 to 70.14, but its MSD decreases from 97.00 to 92.67.
