摘要
近年来,我国实施了国库集中支付制度改革。本文探讨了该制度下高校预算管理的变化与取得的成效,分析了国库集中支付制度下高校预算管理存在的问题,提出针对国库集中支付制度大背景下如何提升高校预算管理水平的优化建议。
In recent years China has implemented the reform of the centralized treasury payment system. This paper discusses the ehange in the college budget management and the achievements made under this system, analyzes the problems existing in the college budget management and puts forward the optimizational suggestions on how to elevate it under the national treasury concentrated payment system.
