摘要
目的:建立测定蛇鳞草根茎和叶中总黄烷醇苷含量的方法。方法:以三羽新月蕨素A为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法,在280nm波长处测定样品吸光度。结果:总黄烷醇苷的检测浓度在0.020~0.100mg.mL-1范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995);平均加样回收率为99.0%,RSD=1.3%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于蛇鳞草的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of the total flavanol glycosides in rhizome and leaves of Pronephrium triphyllum. METHODS: Using triphyllin A as control, the total flavanol glycosides were determined by spectrophotometric method at wavelength of 280 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of total flavanol glycosides was 0.020-0.100 mg.mL^-1 (r= 0.999 5) with an average recovery of 99.0% (RSD=1.3% ,n=6). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for quality control of P. triphyllum.
