摘要
目的从临床工程师角度调查血液透析行业制度、设备管理和环境中存在的问题,发现血透管理的不足,提出加强血液透析规范化管理的建议。方法向上海市8家三甲医院血液透析室的工程师发放调查问卷,分析调研结果并挖掘其中的共性问题。结果透析室整体配置情况令人满意,但规章制度不完善、主管部门不明确、设施配置存在缺陷、工程人员数量偏少等问题较为突出。结论建议将血透行业规范化纳入政府管理体系;提高血液透析临床工程规范要求;重视血透工程人员的培养与考核。
Objective Investigated and analyzed the problems on relevant standard, equipment and environments about hemodialysis from clinical engineers＇ point of view in order to know the shortage of industry management, and then proposed certain standardized suggestions. Method To analyze the result and get the common problems about the questionnaires which were released to the clinical engineers of hemodialysis offices of eight third--level grade--A hospitals in Shanghai. Result The overall situation of hemodialysis sections was satisfactory, but there were some issues needed to be improved which included the incomprehensive regulations, the unclear competent department, the configurations, and the small amount of engineer, etc. Conclusion The suggestions are to bring the standardization of hemodialysis industry into the government management system, add the contents about clinical engineering into the hemodialysis safety man- agement regulations; improve the configurations of hemodialysis sections, develop the hemodialysis system management software; strengthen the personnel training of clinical engineering and enhance the exchange between them.
