摘要
建立了一种用DB-624毛细管色谱柱,以邻二甲苯做内标,检测粗酯中丙二酸二乙酯的方法。采用毛细管气相色谱法,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,内标法定量。实验结果表明该方法精密度高,RSD平均值为1.32%,回收率平均值为98.25%,线性相关系数0.9995。本方法稳定好、重现性好、操作简单,适合生产中粗酯中丙二酸二乙酯的检测。
A method for determination of the content of diethyhnalonate in Crude Ester was established using capillary gas chromatography by DB-624 gas chromatography. O-xylene was used as the internal standard. In this method, FID deteetor was used, and the quantitative method was internal standard method. The experiment results indicate that the method had good precision, and the average of relative standard deviation in sample was 1.32%. The average recovery was 98.25%.The linear correlation coefficient was 0.9995. The method was reliable and stable with a good reproducibility for detecting content amounts of diethylmalonate.
