含蒙脱土的纳米气相SiO_2硫酸胶体电解液

摘要 以Na基蒙脱土(MMT)为添加剂,在气相纳米SiO2含量为4%不变的条件下,制备了一系列不同Na-MMT含量的纳米气相SiO2硫酸胶体电解液。应用旋转粘度计对含MMT的胶体电解液的旋转粘度进行了测试,结果表明:少量添加Na-MMT能够降低胶体在较大旋转速率作用下的旋转粘度,同时增大较小旋转速率下的旋转粘度,Na-MMT含量超过0.3 phr,则起到增稠作用。循环伏安和交流阻抗分析表明,添加适量的Na-MMT能减小电极特别是正极的极化程度,降低电极电解液界面电阻,提高电极的反应电流和电量,提高电极活性物质的利用效率。 Na-montmorillonite was acted as a kind of additive for fumed nano-SiO2 sulfuric gel electrolyte,by this way,a series of gelled electrolyte with different content of MMT were prepared in 1.28 % sulfuric acid solution and fumed nano-SiO2 content was 4 %.Rotary viscometer testing indicated that the viscosity of gelled electrolyte could be decreased under larger rotation rate,while increased under small rotation rate by adding appropriate small amount ofMMT.When the content ofMMT was above 0.3 phr,MMT would act as thickening agent.Cyclic voltammetry(CV) and impedance spectroscopy(EIS) analysis indicated that MMT could reduce the electrode polarization degree and electrode electrolyte interface resistance,increase the electrode reaction current and power with the improvement ofutilization ratioofelectrode activematerial.
