摘要
根据输电线路设计过程的需求特点,主要介绍了三维GIS(全球定位系统)技术在输电线路路径选择中的应用。利用数字高程模型(DEM)、数字正射影像(DOM)、海量数据处理技术及3D GIS技术,构建输电线路三维选线平台,并在大新—南宁500 kV交流输电线路工程的设计过程中应用。GIS系统功能包括三维优化选线、设备管理及高级功能管理,是线路运维信息化技术的扩展及设计方式的创新。
Based on the requirement of transmission line design process, the 3D GIS technology and its application on transmission line routing selection is introduced. By using digital elevation model ( DEM ), digital orthophoto map( DOM ), massive data processing technology and 3D GIS technology, a 3D selection platform of transmission line was constructed and applied in the design process of Daxin-Nanning 500 kV transmission line project. The GIS system, which includes 3D optimal line selection, equipment management and advanced function management, is an expansion of line operation and maintenance information technology and an innovation of design mode.
