心脏瓣膜病的处理决策 被引量：1

摘要 心脏瓣膜病仍是我国常见病之一，瓣膜病的根本治疗是手术修复或瓣膜置换，对于临床医生来说选择患者的手术时机及手术方式不是一个简单的、按照指南即可确定的问题。本文对左心瓣膜病变的处理原则做简明介绍。
