联合动态检测血清脂肪酶和淀粉酶在急性胰腺炎诊断中的作用 被引量:16

摘要 目的:探讨联合动态检测血清脂肪酶和淀粉酶在急性胰腺炎诊断中的价值。方法:血清脂肪酶(Lip)和淀粉酶(Amy)用OLMPUS AU2700生化分析仪按操作规程进行测定。结果:脂肪酶对急性胰腺炎诊断的阳性率88.2%,淀粉酶对急性胰腺炎诊断的阳性率为64.7%,脂肪酶和淀粉酶联合动态检测对急性胰腺炎诊断的阳性率可达95%以上,P<0.05。结论:淀粉酶和脂肪酶均可用于急性胰腺炎的诊断,但检测阳性率差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。脂肪酶和淀粉酶联合动态检测可以大幅提高急性胰腺炎诊断的阳性率和准确率,从而能有效预测病情,指导临床治疗。 Objective:To investigate the combined dynamic detection of serum lipase and amylase in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis.Methods:Serum lipase and amylase(Lip)(Amy) using OLMPUS AU2700 biochemical analyzer according to the operating rules of.Results: The results of lipase on the acute pancreatitis diagnostic positive rate of amylase in diagnosis of acute pancreatitis in 88.2%,the positive rate was 64.7%,lipase and amylase dynamic detection in diagnosis of Acute Pancrilitis and the positive rate of up to 95%,P0.05.Conclusions: The amylase and lipase can be used for the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis,but the positive rate of the differences were statistically significant,P0.05.Lipase and amylase in dynamic detection of acute pancreatitis diagnosis can greatly improve the positive rate and accuracy,which can effectively predict severity,guide clinical treatment.
