摘要
北京轨道交通指挥中心屋盖为平面钢桁架结构,钢结构总量达4000t。针对厚板焊接易发生裂纹,节点多、柱截面小焊接操作困难,工期紧等难点制订了焊接工艺,对焊接顺序、焊接环境、防变形等提出质量控制措施,实施效果良好。
The roof of Beijing Traffic Control Center is of a plane steel truss structure, whose total weight is d OOOt. Welding process is established with consideration of such difficulties as crack defect generated during thick plate welding, many nodes, small cross section of column which is difficult for welding, tight construction period, etc. Quality control measures are put forward for welding sequence, welding environment and deformation prevention, and favorable effects are realized.
