摘要
在水溶液中,由硝酸铜和2-苯基-4-硒唑甲酸(HL)合成了配合物NH4[Cu2L5]HL·6H2O;用元素分析、红外光谱、摩尔电导率和热重分析方法对配合物进行了表征,用单晶X-射线衍射方法测定了配合物的晶体结构.该配合物C60H53Cu2N7O18Se6属于三斜晶系,空间群P-1,a=1.36868(9)nm,b=1.50696(9)nm,c=1.828 97(12)nm,α=103.200(4)°,β=100.264(4)°,γ=111.054(4)°,V=3.283 9(4)nm3,Z=2,Mr=1760.94,F(000)=1736,Dc=1.781 g·cm-3,μ(Mo Kα)=4.048 mm-1.用溴化乙锭荧光探针法测试了配合物与DNA的作用.
A copper( 11 ) complex, NH4 [ Cu2Ls ] HL ~ 6H20 was synthesized from Cu(NO)2 ~ 3H20 and 2- phenyl-4-selenazole carboxylic acid (HL, C10 H702NSeO) , and characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, FT-IR, TG-DTG. Its crystal structure was determined by single crystal diffraction technique. The complex, C60H53 Cu2N7OlsSe6 crystallized in the triclinic system, space group P-1 with a=1.36868(9)nm,b=1.50696(9)nm,c=1.82897(12)nm,a=103.200(4)°,β=100.264(4)°,γ=111.054(4)°,V=3.2839(4)nm^3,Z=2,M,=1760.94,F(000):1736,De=1.781g·cm^3,p(MoKa)=4.048mm^-1. The interaction between complex and DNA was also tested by ethidium bromide ( EB ) fluorescent probe.
