摘要
用28头8~25日龄荷斯坦母牛犊进行消化试验 ,研究自然发酵———高温处理大豆粉的消化性。结果表明 ,犊牛对自然发酵———高温处理大豆粉代乳料的有机物和粗蛋白的消化率可达59 %和51 % ,40 %代乳期犊牛对有机物、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、醣、钙、磷的消化率分别为天然乳的86.19 %、81.84 %、87.32 %、95.47 %、87.05 %、85.96 %。从消化角度看 ,自然发酵———高温处理的大豆粉代乳料替代40 %牛乳饲喂13~25日龄犊牛是可行的。
of 8~25 days calves were selected for this experiment:16 of them were fed with milk (group B1) and with 40%(group B2) and 100% (group B3) fermented-heated soybean flour substitute respectively,12 of them were fed with milk (group A2 and group A3) respectively as the control.The results showed that there wasn't significant difference in the apparent digestibility of organic material (OM),crude protein(CP),crude fat (CF),carbohydrate(CH),calcium(Ca) and phosphorus (P) in groups B1,A2 and A3.The apparent digestibilities (% ) of OM,CP,CF,CH,Ca and P of group B2 were 79.89±4.97,70.46±7.77,83.81±6.93,94.22±2.11,71.47±9.92,79.73±7.48 respectively;The apparent digestibilities (%) of OM ,CP,CF ,CH,Ca and P of group B3 were 59.01±9.73,51.25±14.86,57.14±15.14,74.99±9.95,62.92±9.41,73.23±10.13 respetively.The results showed that the organic material and protein of fermented-heated soybean flour substitute could be better digested by calves,and 40% milk replacer with the fermented-heated soybean flour substitute was available for 13~25 days calves.
