摘要
根据碘酸根离子 (或其它氧化态的碘 )在酸性介质中先经亚砷酸还原成碘离子 ,再利用碘离子催化 Ce( ) - As( )反应可测定碘酸根离子 (或其它氧化态碘 )的原理 ,建立了流动注射催化分光光度法测定碘酸钾或碘化钾加碘食盐中无机总碘的新方法 ,该法质量浓度的线性范围为0~ 0 .50 mg/L,适合于上述两种加碘食盐 1 0 0倍稀释液的测定 ,质量浓度的检出限为 0 .0 3mg/L (对应于固体食盐 3μg/g的 I)。对于 0 .30mg/L I的 IO-3 和 I-溶液五次测定的相对标准差分别为 1 .3%和 1 .1 %。食盐中常见的离子均不干扰测定 ,进样频率为 80个样品 /h,特别适合于大批量样品的测定。
A new method for the determination of inorganic total iodine in iodated or iodized salt by flow injection catalytic spectrophotometry was studied.It is based on the fact that iodide ion produced by arsenic (Ⅲ) reducing iodate ion in acidic medium can catalyze Ce(Ⅳ) As(Ⅲ) reaction.The linear range for the determination of iodine is 0~0.50 mg/L.The detection limit is 0.03 mg I /L corresponding to 3 μg/g I of solid food salt.The relative standard deviations are 1.3% and 1.1% for 0.3 μg/mL IO - 3 I and I - I ( n =5),respectively.No significant interference was found from ions commonly found in most salt samples.The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of iodine in iodated or iodized table salt with a sampling frequency of 80/h.
