摘要
目的:探讨脑性瘫痪患儿家庭康复训练方法及应用效果。方法:对42例脑性瘫痪患儿(观察组)在医院康复治疗外进行家庭康复训练,并与同期40例仅给予医院康复的患儿(对照组)进行对比观察。结果:观察组康复治疗总有效率80.95%,而对照组仅50.00%,观察组康复总有效率明显高于对照组(X2=8.73,P<0.01)。治疗后观察组ADL平均得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:家庭康复训练对脑性瘫痪患儿康复治疗具有重要意义。
Objective： To explore the methods of home-based rehabilitation on cerebral palsy and effects. Method： 42 cases of cerebral palsy as the observation group were given hospital-based rehabilitation and home-based rehabilitation.40 cases cerebral palsy as the control group were only given hospital-based rehabilitation. Result： The effect rate of the observation group was 80.95%,obvious higher than that of the control group（50.00%）（X2=8.73,P0.01）.The average score of activities of daily living in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion： Home-based rehabilitation plays an important role in the rehabilitation of cerebral palsy children.
