促红细胞生成素对早产儿脑室周围白质软化的保护作用 被引量:5

摘要 脑室周围白质软化是导致早产儿神经行为发育障碍及脑瘫发生的最重要因素,其发病机制可能与早产儿脑血管的解剖特点、不完善的自动调节功能及少突胶质前体细胞对缺血、感染的不耐受有关,目前尚无确切有效的治疗方法。而近年来的动物和临床研究发现,促红细胞生成素对早产儿脑损伤具有神经保护作用,可有效减轻早产儿脑损伤,改善预后,降低伤残率。 Periventricular leukomalacia is the most important cause of cerebral palsy,defection of neurodevelopment and behavior handicap in premature infants,the pathogenesis of which may be related to the anatomy of the premature cerebrovascular characteristics,the faultiness of cerebrovscular automatic adjustment function and the intolerance of oligodendrocyte to the ischemic and infection.There is no confirmative effective treatment so far.But in recent years,the animal and clinical study found that erythropoietin can provide neuroprotection to the brain damage of premature infants,alleviate the brain damage of premature effectively,improve the prognosis and reduce disability rates.
