摘要
用直接剪切的方法制备了SBS、废旧橡胶粉以及纳米SiO2三元复合改性沥青,研究了拌合时间、拌合温度及改性剂掺量对沥青形貌以及沥青软化点、针入度、延度的影响规律.研究结果表明,在拌和温度为180℃、拌和时间为6h,SBS掺量为5%、橡胶粉掺量为25%、SiO2掺量为0.05%的条件下,能够获得改性沥青最优性能,与基质沥青相比,改性沥青的软化点提高了63%,5℃延度提高了600%.
Waste rubber powder,SBS and nano-SiO2 complex-modified asphalt were prepared by direct shear.The effects of shearing time,temperature and amount of modifying agent on the morphology,softening temperature,penetration degree and ductility of modified asphalt were discussed.Their common technical performance were tested.The results show that the modified asphalt containing 25% of waste rubber powder,5% SBS and 0.05% nano-SiO2 achieve optimal performance when the mixing temperature is at 180 ℃,the mixing time is 6 h.The softening point increased 63%,ductility at 5 ℃ increased by 600% in comparison with original asphalt.
