摘要
采用大口径毛细管气相色谱法对甲醇洗装置尾气中甲醇进行定量分析,较之原先采用的填充柱气相色谱法方法简便,可气袋采样后直接进样分析。本方法灵敏度高、准确度好,变异系数小于5%,加标回收率为88.4%~101.6%,标准曲线的相关系数为0.9998。本法可用于甲醇洗工业尾气中甲醇的常规分析。
A method for quantitative analysis of methanol in the tail gas of RECTISOL by wide - bore capillary gas chromatography with direct injecting was presented. The coefficient of variation was less than 5% with recovery 88.4% 101.6%. Merits of this method were simple, rapid, accurate and good reproducibility.
