摘要
通过分析细特、高密、高覆盖率及涤纶高比例织物的浆纱特点和上浆要求 ,提出了这种织物的具体浆纱工艺对策 ,认为应采用高压高浓低粘的上浆工艺 ,并在此基础上 ,针对高压高浓低粘上浆工艺展开了研究 ,通过一系列的浆纱实践证明了高压高浓低粘上浆工艺路线的正确性 ,并分别给出了高压、高浓、低粘的具体量化指标。
According to the analyses of sizing features and sizing requirement on the fabric with fine count yarn,high density,high covering density and high content of polyester,this paper gave the concrete sizing processing on this fabric,considered that we should use the sizing processing with high pressure & high concentration & low viscosity,on this basis,this paper carried out the researches on the sizing processing with high pressure & high concentration & low viscosity,proved the correctness of this sizing processing,and gave the concrete quantitative targets on high pressure & high concentration & low viscosity.
