摘要
功能梯度材料是由日本首先提出的一种新型复合材料,是指由不同性能的材料沿厚度方向连续变化,从而使材料的特性在空间上呈连续梯度变化的一种新型可设计材料,由于其结构和性能的优异特性,使其成为材料领域的研究热点之一。对功能梯度材料的概念及产生背景进行了综述,重点阐述了功能梯度材料的各种制备技术原理和特点,对国内外近十年来功能梯度材料的研究成果进行了介绍,并对功能梯度材料的发展趋势及前景作了展望,提出了功能梯度材料进一步发展的方向。
The functionally graded materials(FGM)are a new type of composite material,whichwas first mentioned by Japan,it shows a continuous change along thickness orientation with different performance material.Consequently,its performance shows a continuous gradedchange too.Because of its good structure and performance characteristic,it has become one of the hotspots of material field.In this article the concept and background of the functionally graded material is expounded,in which the characteristics and principle of preparative technique of functionally graded material are mainly commented as well as the research results of the functionally graded material in this decade at home and abroad are introduced.At the same time the development tendency of the functionally graded material is also prospected,and the development direction of the functionally graded materials is brought forward.
