摘要
目的研究拮抗菌X23发酵液的抗菌作用。方法运用琼脂扩散法、试管稀释法测定拮抗菌X23发酵液对金黄色葡萄球菌、白假丝酵母菌、青枯菌、大肠埃及菌、变形杆菌、伤寒沙门菌、绿脓假单胞菌的抑菌环直径、最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果拮抗菌X23发酵液原液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃及菌抑菌环直径显著>1∶4稀释液的抑菌环直径(P<0.01);拮抗菌X23发酵液对金黄色葡萄球菌、白假丝酵母菌、青枯菌、大肠埃及菌、伤寒沙门菌MIC均为蛋白3.75μg/mL,对大肠埃及菌MIC为蛋白7.50μg/mL,对金黄色葡萄球菌、白假丝酵母菌、青枯菌、大肠埃及菌的MBC均为7.50μg/mL。在试验所检测的6个浓度点内未检出其对伤寒沙门菌的MBC以及对变形杆菌、绿脓假单胞菌的MIC和MBC。结论拮抗菌X23发酵液对金黄色葡萄球菌、白假丝酵母菌、青枯菌、大肠埃及菌有较明显的的抑制与杀伤作用。
Objective Study on the antibacterial effect of antagonistic bacterium X23 fermentation liquid.Methods The agar diffusion test and tube dilution method were used for examination of the antibacterial effect of antagonistic bacterium X23 fermentation liquid on S.aureus,Candida albicans,Ralstonia solanacearum,E.coli,Bacillus proteus,Eberthella typhi and Bacillus aeruginosus.Results Compared with 1∶4 diluent,the diameters of inhibition zones formed in original solution against S.aureus and E.coli were remarkably larger(P0.01);the values of antagonistic bacterium X23 fermentation liquid’ MIC to S.aureus,C.albicans,R.solanacearum,E.coli and E.typhi were respectively 3.75μg/mL,to E.coli is 7.50μg/mL,the MBC to S.aureus,C.albicans,R.solanacearum and E.coli were respectively 7.50μg/mL.Among those 6 tested concentration points,the MBC to Eberthella typhi was not detected,also were the MIC and MBC to Bacillus proteus and Bacillus aeruginosus.Conclusions Antagonistic bacterium X23 fermentation liquid have efficient inhibition and killing effects on S.aureus,C.albicans,R.solanacearum and E.coli.
