阴道内酸性环境对白色念珠菌性外阴阴道炎治疗的关联研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨阴道内酸性环境与白色念珠菌性外阴阴道炎的相关性。方法分别对2009年6月至2010年3月妇科门诊的单纯性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(SVVC)患者进行阴道菌株分离、鉴定,获得白色念珠菌96株。检测不同pH值环境下菌株对硝酸咪康唑与克霉唑的药物敏感性,并观察相关性。结果在pH值偏酸性的环境下,两种唑类药物的MIC均有不同程度的降低,对白色念珠菌抑菌效果更强。结论维持阴道内酸性环境能更有效地治疗白色念珠菌性外阴阴道炎。 Objective To explore the relevance between the acidic environment of vagina and vulvovaginal Candidiasis infected by Candida albicans.Methods Ninety-six strains from patients(June 2009 to March 2010) with Simple Gynecological Candida Vulvovaginitis(SVVC) were isolated and identified.The MIC of miconazole and clotrimazole under different pH value of environment were measured.Results The MIC of miconazole or clotrimazole was decreased under lower pH value.Conclusion Keep the acidic environment of vagina is beneficial to the treatment of vulvovaginal Candidiasis infected by Candida albicans.
