摘要
针对油田开发中后期油井防砂后含水上升快、稳产期短的问题,制备了一种适用于高含水油井防砂用的FS-RPM相渗调节剂,该材料既可以配制成处理液改善近井地带控水能力,又可以化学锚定到石英砂表面制备成控水砂提高充填层的控水效果。性能评价结果表明,在80℃、矿化度30000mg/L的条件下,其标准流体阻力比(NFRR)大于3,具有较好的控水能力。FS-RPM相渗调节剂和负载型控水砂在QTQ9-10井的应用情况表明,措施后油井含水率下降了21%,控水有效期达到380d,累计产油758t,取得了明显的控水稳油效果。
In allusion the problem of rapid water content rising and short period of stable production in sand production control at the late stage of oilfield development,a FS-RPM relative permeability modifier was developed for sand control in the wells with high water cut,it could be used to prepare a treating agent for improving the ability of water control in near wellbore and well as anchor onto the surface of quartz sand for improving the effect of water control in the packed zones.The results of evaluation show that FS-RPM has excellent water control performance,its normal fluid resistance ratio is more than 3 at 80℃ and salinity is 30000mg/L.The application in Well QTQ9-10 indicates that water content is reduced by 21%,effective period of water control is longer than 380 days,accumulated oil production increase is 758t.
