摘要
风景名胜区规划是指为了推动与实现其发展目标 ,制订一定时期内的系统性的优化行动计划的决策过程 .它是一项综合性、政策性和技术性很强的工作 ,只有一个科学的、切实的规划才能使风景名胜区适应社会发展的需要 ,才能真正成为保护。
Scenic area planning is a kind of policymaking process.In order to promote and archieve its target of development, it formulate the systematic and advanced acting programs in designated period.It's a job with high comprehensive, political and technical property.Only by scientific and practical planning, the scenic area can satisfy the need of our society's development.As a result, it will become the basis of our preservation, building as well as management.
