摘要
随着环保要求的提高,燃煤工业锅炉的NOx排放问题越发凸显。掌握典型煤层燃过程中NOx生成规律,是研究燃烧过程中NOx控制方法的首要问题。对一台SZL 10—1.25—AⅡ型链条炉排锅炉炉内不同区域煤层表面的温度、NOx生成量、氧含量、CO含量等参数进行了工业测试。同时,在单元体炉试验台上采用相同煤种和相同配风方式进行了对比实验。通过对二者的对比分析,得出炉内NOx生成规律。在此基础上,提出与燃烧协同的链条炉排锅炉低NOx燃烧技术思路,为进一步研究及工业示范奠定了基础。
With the elevation of environmental protection standard,the NOx emission problem concerned with coal-fired industrial boiler has arisen.In order to investigate on the characteristic of NOx generation,experiments have been taken to test the surface temperature,NOx production,O2 concentration and CO concentration of different areas inside a SZL 10—1.25—AⅡ chain-grate boiler.Meanwhile,same coal type and air distribution mode is adopted in an unit-furnace experimental setup.NOx generation rules are available through the comparison between them.As a result,the chain-grate boiler low NOx combustion technology coordinated with combustion process is introduced that will further direct the investigation on industrial pilot demonstration.
