摘要
针对国内印染行业在助剂配送环节自动化程度低、人力成本高的现状,研发了一套以可编程控制器(PLC)为核心的助剂自动配送控制系统,设计了配送系统的管路结构、专用的模拟信号调理模块等硬件结构,并开发了下位机程序、人机界面。在减小误差学习法的基础上,利用PLC软件滤波对信号进行了滤波处理,控制电磁阀动作,并实现了在触摸屏上的显示。研究结果表明,该系统工作稳定、抗干扰能力强,提高了生产效率、降低了生产成本。
Aiming at the current domestic industry of printing and dyeing additives in distribution link:automation degree low,high labor costs,a set of programmable logic controller(PLC) as the core of the additives distribution control system was developed.The pipeline structure of the distribution system,the hardware structure of special analog signal conditioning were designed.Meanwhile computer program and human-machine interfere were developed.On the basis of reduce the error learning method,the filtering software was used to process the signal,and valves action were displayed on the touch screen.The experimental results show that the system is stable and strong in anti-disturbance capability,it not only reduces the production cost,but also improves the production efficiency.
