摘要 目的探讨干燥工艺对玄参质量的影响,分析不同工艺干燥的玄参中哈巴苷含量。方法将鲜玄参自然晾晒干燥、烘箱干燥和微波真空干燥,采用高效液相色谱法,分析不同工艺干燥玄参中哈巴苷的含量。色谱条件为Kromasil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.03%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长为210 nm,柱温为25℃,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果微波真空干燥玄参的哈巴苷含量远高于自然晒干和烘箱干燥玄参的含量。结论微波真空用于中药玄参的干燥,不仅工艺简单、干燥时间短,而且哈巴苷等有效成分有较高的保留率。 Objective To investigate the new technology of applying to Radix Scro phularia drying,and to analyze the content of harpagide by different drying tec hnologies.Methods Using natural drying,oven drying and microwave vacuum drying to dry fresh roots,studying the content of Harpagide in different drying techno logies by comparing experiment,which is providing the basis for the quality con trol of Radix scrohularia.Use HPLC to measure the content of harpagide.The colum n was C18 analytical column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),mobile phase was gradient d iluted with acetonitrile-0.03%phosphate,flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results The content of harpagide which is by microwave vacuum drying is much higher than by natural drying and oven drying.Conclusion Radix Scrophularia dried by microwave vacuum drying technology can not only shorten the drying time,but also benefica l for reservation of the active ingredients.
