摘要 由于高、低背压凝汽器抽空气管路采用串联布置方式,高背压凝汽器抽气排挤低压凝汽器抽气,致使低压凝汽器抽气不能达到设计要求,造成真空值和高、低背压凝汽器背压差值偏低,降低了系统的经济性。通过采取相应措施,对双背压凝汽器抽气系统进行了改造,经济效益明显。 The air extraction system of the high back pressure condenser and the low back pressure condenser is series connected, which causes the activity of air extraction of high back pressure condenser restraining the activity of low back pressure condenser. In that case, the activity of air extraction of low back pressure condenser could not reach the design requirements, resulting in the vacuity degree and low back pressure difference and also reducing the system efficiency. In order to solve this problem, we took some measures to improve the air extraction system of the double back pressure condensers. Finally, we achieved great economic benefit.
