摘要
针对内蒙古西部地区每年春季、秋季易出现大风天气,临河供电局10kV配电线路常发生障碍物缠绕导线,影响线路安全运行的问题,临河供电局设计研发了一种新型的带电清障器。该工具由铝合金锯齿叶片、双向绝缘滑轮、绝缘操作杆等元件组成,主要用于清理带电线路上悬挂的障碍物。现场使用实践证明:带电清障器操作简单、维护方便,在提高带电清障效率的同时,保证了10kV配电线路的安全可靠运行,经济效益显著。
In accordance with issues on obstacles winding wires and influence of safety operation of 10 kV power lines in Linhe Power Supply Bureau, in spring and autumn, combining with work practice, a new type of live wrecker device is designed and developed. It consists of aluminum alloy serrated blade, two-way insulation pulleys, insulated operating rod and other components, mainly to clean up obstacle hanging on live power line. Through on-site practice, it is proved that live wrecker device is easy to operate and maintain. It improves the wrecker efficiency and ensures safe and reliable operation of 10 kV distribution lines, and significant economic benefits.
