火电厂除氧器运行性能测试方法改进

摘要 根据DL/T1141—2009《火电厂除氧器运行性能试验规程》,开展运行除氧器性能测试工作,提出新的测试方法,即高精度溶氧检测仪分析方法,对国华呼伦贝尔发电有限公司2×600MW超临界空冷机组除氧器的除氧特性、水力特性等指标进行分析,进而对除氧器整体性能进行评价。通过测试,证明该方法可以减少和优化规程中的试验步骤,提高测试准确性,并能提供维持水汽系统正常运转的最小联氨量和除氧排汽门的最小开度建议值,从而降低热量和工质的损耗,具有良好的推广应用前景。 Operating deaerator performance test will be carried out under new regulations DL/T 1141-2009 Thermal Power Plant Deaerator Operating Peformance Testing Procedures. New testing method, that is, precision dissolved oxygen detector method, has been adopted to inspect several performance targets, such as, deaerating performance of deaerator, energy-saving features, etc. Finally, evaluation of the overall performance of the deaerator will be carried out. By testing, it is proved that this method can reduce test procedure during optimization procedures, improve test accuracy, and provide minimum amount of hydrazine to maintain normal operation of vapor system and recommended value of minimum opening of deaerator exhaust door, so as to reduce heat and loss of working fluid, with good application prospects.
