摘要
目的观察布地奈德与硫酸特布他林超声雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的效果。方法 88例小儿毛细支气管炎随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组44例。两组均给予吸入用布地奈德混悬液0.5～1.0 mg、硫酸特布他林雾化液1～5 mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液5 ml超声雾化吸入,2/d;治疗组加服孟鲁司特钠4 mg,每晚1次。两组疗程均为7 d。观察两组临床症状、体征改善时间及住院时间,比较两组临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组临床症状、体征改善和住院时间均较对照组短,治疗组总有效率为97.73%,高于对照组的86.36%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论布地奈德与硫酸特布他林超声雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿毛细支气管炎安全有效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of oral Montelukast Sodium,Budesonide solution and Bricanyl Aerosol in ultrasonic inhalation treatment of bronchiolitis.Methods 88 cases of bronchiolitis were randomly divided into treatment and control groups（44 each）.Both groups were given routine therapy,inhaled Budesonide 0.5-1.0 mg,and Bricanyl Aerosol 1-5 mg added in 5 ml of saline for ultrasonic atomization inhalation（twice daily）.The treatment group was given additional Montelukast sodium 4 mg,once nightly for 7 days.Shortness of symptoms and pulmonary signs were observed.Clinical effect and adverse reaction were compared.Results Improvement time of clinical symptoms and hospital stay in the treatment group were shortened.The total efficiency in the treatment group was 97.73%,and it was significantly higher than that in the control group（86.36%）;the difference were statistically significant（P0.05）.No obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion Oral Montelukast sodium combined with Budesonide solution mixed with Bricanyl for the Aerosol ultrasonic inhalation treatment of bronchiolitis is safe and effective.
