补锌对儿童认知发展的影响 被引量:8

摘要 锌是人体所必需的微量营养素之一,对中枢神经系统的发育和神经递质转导的过程中起重要作用,对儿童的记忆力、注意力等方面的认知功能存在影响。目前,缺锌依然是世界上一个重要的公共卫生问题,不仅影响发展中国家,而且在发达国家也较常见,然而关于补锌对儿童认知发展的影响的许多研究却存在许多不一致和有争议的地方。本文主要分析了近十年来有关补锌对儿童认知发展的RCT研究,对锌影响认知功能的关键期及补充形式等问题提出看法。
