摘要
政府信息资源的开发与利用是政府信息化建设的重中之重,结合多年的电子政务工作经验,对政府信息资源及其开发利用的内涵做了解读,通过对其市场化的必要性进行剖析,提出应围绕市场化工作制定配套政策、探索电子政务新模式以及创建政府信息创新服务平台等行之有效的对策。
The exploration and utilization of government information resource is the most important and the first work in government informationization technology.With the several years of experience in this E-government,the author has decoded the connotation of the exploration and utilization of government information resource by conducting a searching the necessity of marketing analysis,and has proposed effective strategy of enacting related policies and exploration of a new model for E-government centering about the market-oriented work and creatation and development service platform for innovation to government information and so on.These requesting effective strategies are very important to the exploration and utilization of government information resource.
