摘要
为了探索生物防治赤霉病的方法,本试验利用稀释涂布平板法、平板对峙法从多种植物体内及其土壤中分离、筛选抗小麦赤霉病的拮抗菌,并在盆栽和大田条件下研究拮抗菌对小麦赤霉病的防治效果。研究结果显示:分离获得了300株菌株,其中30株菌株对禾谷镰刀菌有明显的抑制作用,菌株NS-QCT的抑菌活性最强。对NS-QCT菌株PCR扩增获得的16S rDNA基因进行测序、比对,发现NS-QCT菌株与Streptomyces malaysiensisMJM1968菌株相似性为99%,表明其应该是一株链霉菌(S.malaysiensis)。盆栽和田间试验结果表明,NS-QCT菌株对小麦赤霉病有一定的抑制作用。
In order to develop a method for biological control of fusarium head blight of wheat,antagonistic bacteria against fusarium head blight of wheat were isolated and screened from different plants and soil through dilute and spread plate method and flat confrontation method.The control efficiency of antagonistic bacteria against fusarium head blight of wheat in the pod and the field were investigated.300 antagonistic bacteria strains were obtained,30 of which could inhibit Fusarium graminearum.Strain NS-QCT showed the strongest inhibition to F.graminearum.The 16S rDNA sequence of strain NS-QCT had 99% similarity to that of Streptomyces malaysiensis MJM1968,indicating NS-QCT could be a strain of S.malaysiensis.NS-QCT displayed some degrees of inhibition to fusarium head blight as well.
