中风膏抗脑动脉硬化60例临床疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:运用脑血管经颅多普勒超声血流图(TCD)评价中风膏对脑动脉硬化症患者的疗效。方法:选择具有脑动脉硬化症表现同时经TCD检测提示有脑动脉硬化改变的病人120例,用数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例。对照组给予尼莫地平、肠溶阿司匹林等药物治疗,治疗组在前者的基础上加服中风膏,5 g/次,2次/d。分别于治疗前及治疗2个月后观察患者血脂、椎-基底动静脉(VA、BA)血管搏动指数(PI)变化。结果:治疗组显效率28.33%,总有效率为90.00%。对照组显效率20.00%,总有效率为75.00%。2组显效率、总有效率经统计学处理有统计学差异(P<0.05)。VA、BA的PI及血脂明显降低,治疗组治疗后与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较亦有统计学差异(P<0.05);对照组治疗后VA、BA的PI及血脂无差异(均P>0.05)。结论:中风膏对脑动脉硬化症患者有较好的治疗作用,且能降低血脂及VA和BA的PI。 Objective: To evaluate curative effects of ZhongFengGao in treating cerebral arteriosclerosis with Transcranial Doppler Ultrasound(TCD).Method: The patients with the manifestations of cerebral arteriosclerosis and suggested the changes by TCD were chosen 120 cases,they were divided into control group and treatment group on average by random number table.Control group were given with drug therapy including nimodipine,aspirin enteric-coated tablets and others,based on treatment given to control group,treatment group also received ZhongFengGao,5 g/time,twice each day.Blood lipid,PI of VA and BA of the patients were observed respectively before and after the treatment for two months.Result: Efficiency rate was 28.3%,total effective rate was 88.3% in treatment group,higher than 20.0% and 75% in control group with remarkable difference(P0.05).PI of VA and BA,blood lipid lowered after the treatment showed significant difference compared with that before the treatment(P0.05),they also showed obvious difference compared with control group after the treatment(P0.05);no difference existed in PI of VA and BA,blood lipid in control group after the treatment(averagely P0.05).Conclusion: ZhongFengGao is effective in improving cerebral arteriosclerosis as well as lowering blood lipid,PI of VA and BA.
