张应力对骺软骨生长的形态学和生物力学研究 被引量:2

MORPHOLOGICAL AND BIOMECHANICAL STUDY ON THE TENSION-STRESS EFFECT ON THE GROWTH OF EPIPHYSEAL CARTILAGE

摘要 目的:为临床骨延长术及运动医学提供理论依据。方法:选用新西兰幼兔在股骨远端骺软骨两侧安装外固定支架和力传感器并施加不同张力,观察组织细胞形态变化。另用幼兔新鲜离体股骨,作力学性质测试。结果:4周后张应力使兔股骨增长,骺软骨厚度增加,增殖层和肥大层细胞增生,粗面内质网和毛细血管增生。离体兔股骨随牵张力的增大或间隙时间的增加塑性变形亦增大。结论:在体以较小的张应力能使骺软骨细胞活性增强,实现肢体增长而不影响其强度。延长维持张应力的时间可以增大肢体的生长量。 To provide theoretical basis for clinic bone lengthening and athletic medicine. Methods: Immature New Zealand white rabbits were used in the study. A configuration type distractor and force transducers was assembled on each side of distal epiphyseal cartilage of femur for application of mechanical tension force. The morphology and cellular proliferation of the epiphysial cartilage were studied. The mechanical testing of the epiphyseal cartilage of isolated fresh femur were performed. Result: Four weeks later the tensile stress increased in length of the distracted femur and in thickness of the epiphyseal cartilage. Cell proliferation in the epiphyseal cartilage occurred in the proliferative and hypertrophic zones. The number of the capillary and the rough endoplasmic reticulum were increased. The mean plastic deformation of isolated femur was great in connection with the tension force increased or persistence time prolonged. Conclusion: The low tensile stress has stimulating effects on the proliferative activity of the epiphyseal cartilage and no influence on the ultimate strength of bone. The limb lengthening increased if the periods of physeal distraction is prolonged.
