运动训练对肾上腺神经生长因子表达的影响

摘要 目的调查长期游泳训练对大鼠肾上腺(NGF)表达的影响。方法成年SD大鼠分为无负重组,轻负重组(体重的1%),中负重组(3%)和中负重组(5%)四组。用水槽进行长期游泳训练6周,每天1h。6周后取肾上腺用RT-PCR检测NGF水平。结果各组肾上腺均能检测到NGF mRNA,中度负重组肾上腺NGF表达水平明显下调,与其它两组比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重度负重游泳导致肾上腺NGF表达下调,提示NGF在长期游泳训练对大鼠肾上腺可能有其生物学作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of different loaded-swimming on the expression nerve growth factor(NGF) mRNA in adrenal body in rats.Methods Rats were divided into control group,light,middle and heavy weight loaded-swimming groups respectively.All rats were trained in swimming pool for 1h each day till 6 weeks.the adrenal body was collected and NGF mRNA expression was detected by RT-PCR.Results Level of NGF mRNA expression was downregulated in heavy weight loading group of rats experienced 6 weeks swimming training.Conclusion The present study suggested NGF was involved in the process of swimming,which is related to the endocrine regulation in adrenal body after loaded-swimming.
