摘要
在社会主义市场经济下,我国已经实现了用工制度的双向选择,毕业生主动"推销"自己是一个非常重要的实现就业的途径,这就要求毕业生应具有一定的语言表达能力。语言交际能力应成为高校人才培养规格的不可缺少的内容,也是提高大学毕业生就业竞争力的重要部分。文章分析了语言交际能力的内涵及其对高校毕业生就业竞争力的影响,提出了提高高校毕业生语言交际能力的策略。
Under the socialist marketing economy,mutual choice has been realized in our nation,so it is a very important for college graduates to do self-recommendation during seeking jobs. Language communicative competence is a vital part of college talents’ training specification and it is necessary for college graduates to improve employee competitiveness. This paper analyzes the connotation of language communicative competence and advances the corresponding strategies to improve college graduates’ language communicative competence.
