摘要
以某型号空调外机轴流风扇为研究对象,建立其三维全流场整机模型,采用数值模拟方法对其在设计工况下的内部稳态流场进行数值模拟,并预估其风扇表面气动噪声源的分布,着重分析了空调外机流场稳态速度场、压力场及声功率级的分布规律,揭示了空调外机流场的基本特征。分析结论可为轴流风扇的优化设计提供参考,对提高其整体性能及其降噪具有重要工程应用价值。
Aiming at an axial-flow fan used in some kind of air conditioner,the full field 3D model was built,and the numerical simulation of the inner steady turbulent flow under design condition is presented,the sound pressure level was also forecasted.The results display the characteristics of flow field and aerodynamic noise in the axial-flow fan,especially the steady velocity field,pressure field and the distribution of the sound pressure level.The results can provide basis for optimizing the fan design and the internal flow,and have important value of engineering applications in the increase of the overall performance in operation.
