摘要
目的:探讨昆明山海棠(THH)对胶原诱导性大鼠关节炎(CIA)大鼠模型中对于低氧诱导因子(HIF-1α)表达的影响。方法:建立胶原诱导性关节炎(CIA)模型,动态观察关节炎指数(AI)与HE染色关节的病理改变,免疫组化法检测HIF-1α表达。结果:THH的高中低治疗组以及地塞米松治疗组与CIA模型组和正常对照组中的HIF-1α表达有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:THH治疗CIA具有明显疗效,提示其作用机制与调节滑膜组织内的HIF-1α的表达有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Tripterygium hypoglaucum Hutch(THH) in collagen-induced arthritis(CIA) in the mouse model on the hypoxia inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α) expression.Methods: CIA model was established to perform dynamic observation on the arthritis index(AI) and the pathological changes of HE dyeing joints,and the HIF-1α expression was detected by immunohistochemical method.Results: HIF-1a expression in the THH treatment group(with high,moderate and low dose) high school low,the dexamethasone treatment group,the CIA model group and the normal control group's showed statistical differences(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Treating CIA model with THH is very effective,which indicates that the function mechanism of THH is correlated with the HIF-1α expression adjusting the synovial membrane tissue is connected.
