摘要
2011年5月初辽宁的西、北部出现春旱,为改善辽西北土壤墒情以确保春耕,辽宁省人影办认真分析了各地的需水情况和增雨潜力,对辽西北进行飞机和火箭联合增雨作业。作业后特别是辽西地区的实际降水量明显大于预报量,对春播和增加土壤含水量起到了积极的作用,旱情得到缓解,可见这次增雨作业是成功有效的。
Spring drought occurred in West and North Liaoning Province in May, 2011. In order to improve the soil moisture content and guarantee spring sowing in this area, the weather modification office in Liaoning Province analyzed the practical water demand and precipitation enhancement potential in each area, and then carried out the airplane and rocket joint rainfall enhancement. After the rainfall enhancement, the practical rainfall amount was obviously larger than the predicted, which played a positive role in spring sowing and the enhancement of soil water content, the drought was relieved, proving that this precipitation enhancement process was successful and effective.
