摘要
曲折波导作为一种能够在毫米波频段实现宽带大功率输出的放大管慢波结构,其结构尺寸参数很大程度上决定了整管的带宽、增益以及效率。文章对曲折波导结构的慢波特性进行了分析,并对曲折波导的几个重要结构尺寸参数影响问题进行了研究,给出了曲折波导的宽边、窄边以及直波导长度变化对工作带宽、耦合阻抗以及增益稳定性的影响,为曲折波导慢波结构的设计优化提供了参考。
Folded waveguide is a slow-wave structure which can provide high-power RF output at millimeter wave band,and its structural parameters decide the bandwidth,gain and efficiency of the traveling wave tube(TWT).In this paper,the slow-wave characteristics of the folded waveguide structure are analyzed,and the influence of several main structural parameters of the folded waveguide is studied.The influence of the folded waveguide's broad wall,narrow wall and length change of straight waveguide on the working bandwidth,coupling impedance and gain stability is presented.The study can provide guidance to the design of folded waveguide slow-wave structure.
