摘要
从《黄帝内经》关于肠澼病因病机以及预后判断的论述中探讨对溃疡性结肠炎的认识。认为肠澼的病因病机总为阴阳失和,邪气中阴。五脏病皆可致肠澼发生,因五脏脏气受损,而致中气消亡,其里内伤,久病则湿热蒸腐败坏血络而生肠澼之证。关于肠澼的预后可根据身体发热与否及脉象来判断。
To discuss ulcerative colitis （UC） based on etiology,pathogenesis and prognosis of UC in The HuangDi＇s Classic of Internal Medicine,it is thought that etiology,pathogenesis and prognosis of UC is Yin-Yang disharmony,pathogen dampness invading Yin. Five viscera disease can caused by the occurrence of intestinal abscess due to the five internal organs damaged,and cause internal injuries. Chronic illness is hot and humid contact bad blood. The prognosis of intestinal abscess is determined according to body heat or not,and pulse to determine.
