摘要
为了管理好小浪底及西霞院水库水文泥沙原型观测资料,科学指导小浪底及西霞院水库的调度运用、最大限度地避免库容损失和延缓泥沙淤积速率,建立了小浪底及西霞院水库泥沙信息管理系统。该系统采用微软公司的.NET软件体系架构进行开发,主要业务分为数据采集、数据处理和数据应用3个方面,由用户管理系统、基础数据库管理系统、水文分析系统、河床演变分析系统、三维应用系统和WEB发布系统6个子系统组成,能够真实、准确地收集并分析小浪底和西霞院库区的水文泥沙及河道变化信息,基本实现泥沙信息的数字化管理,并能真实再现库区及下游河道的三维地形景观。
In order to manage the prototype observation measured data of hydrology and sediment of Xiaolangdi and Xixiayuan reservoirs,scientifically guide the operation of Xiaolangdi and Xixiayuan reservoirs,the greatest extent possible to avoid storage capacity and delay the sediment deposition,sediment information management system of Xiaolangdi and Xixiayuan reservoirs was developed.The system used Microsoft's.NET software architecture for development,the main business was divided into three areas:data acquisition,data processing and data applications.It consistd of the user management system,basic database management system,hydrological analysis system,fluvial process analysis system,three-dimensional applications and web publishing system.Application results show that this system can accurately collect and analyze hydrology,sediment and channel change information of the Xiaolangdi and Xixiayuan reservoirs,realize digital management of sediment information basically,and get the three-dimensional terrain landscape of the reservoirs and the downstream river vividly.
