摘要
设计了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的滚动轴承故障诊断系统,提供了该系统的总体方案。根据虚拟仪器技术构建了系统的数据采集模块和信号处理模块,运用LabVIEW软件实现系统的信号采集和处理功能。通过试验表明,将虚拟仪器技术运用到滚动轴承故障诊断中来,不仅可以对测量结果进行实时显示、处理和存储等,而且使得测控过程更加高效和便捷。
A rolling bearing fault diagnosis system is designed based on virtual instrument technology.The overall scheme of the system is provided.The system of data acquisition module and signal processing module are constructed and achieved by LabVIEW.The experiment indicates that virtual instrument technology which is utilized to the rolling bearing fault diagnosis can not only realize the functions of display,process,save and so on,but also make the process of measurement more efficient and convenient.
