摘要
保障性住房是我国重要的民生工程,把保障房的建设办好是头等大事。我国建筑行业一直走的是粗放型的发展道路,标准化缺失,模数化没有真正落实。在产业结构进行调整、节能减排的大前提下,住宅产业必定走上工业化生产的道路。如果保障性住房和住宅工业化生产能完美结合,是一件利国利民的好事。在此,设计出一系列合适的住宅房型,既能满足保障性住房的功能需求,又能满足建筑工业化生产的要求,是十分重要的。住宅房型的简化、统一化、通用化、组合化、系列化、模块化,是住宅建筑工业化的必要前提。
