摘要
目的:探讨珍菊降压片联合氨氯地平片对肾性高血压大鼠(RHR)血压和血浆内皮素(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法:建立两肾一夹肾性高血压大鼠模型,给予肾性高血压大鼠灌服珍菊降压片及氨氯地平片4周,尾袖法测量大鼠尾动脉收缩压,应用放射免疫法及硝酸还原酶法检测肾性高血压大鼠ET-1、NO水平。结果:珍菊降压片联合氨氯地平片降压效果良好,且能明显升高肾性高血压大鼠NO水平及降低ET-1。结论:珍菊降压片联合氨氯地平片较单用氨氯地平片可以明显升高NO水平及降低ET-1,更好的控制肾性高血压大鼠血压。
Objective:To study Zhenjvjiangya tablet combined with Amlodipine tablet on blood pressure and endothelial function in renal hypertensive rat(RHR).Methods:The two-kidney and one-clip rat method was established.The tail artery blood pressure and plasma endothelin,nitric oxide level were measured after administration with Zhenjvjiangya tablet and Amlodipine tablet.Results:Effect of Zhenjvjiangya tablet combined with Amlodipine tablet on blood pressure is remarkable,and can increase the nitri coxide level and decrease endothelin.Conclusion:Zhenjvjiangya tablet combined with Amlodipine tablet can obviously reduce the blood pressure,increas the nitric oxide level and decrease endothelin.
