摘要
以小山水电站1号机组发电机定子绕组绝缘降低的处理经过为例,对2002—2005年1号机组电气预防性试验测得的三相泄漏电流的数据进行分析,从理论上验证了1号机组定子绕组绝缘水平逐年下降,存在局部绝缘薄弱点的结论。并对定子绕组三相泄漏电流不平衡的原因进行了分析,总结了处理此类问题应注意的事项。
Taking the treatment of stator insulation deterioration of No.1 Unit in Xiaoshan Hydropower Station as an example,the measuring results of three-phase leakage current in electric precautionary test from 2002 to 2005 are analyzed.The conclusion that the insulation level of the stator winding is dropping with years and the conclusion that the insulation is with some weakness points are proved.The reasons that cause the three-phase leakage current unbalanced are analyzed.The notice for treating this problem are summarized.
